With 26 skateparks located across the Central Coast, there are plenty of bowls to ride, rails to slide and boxes to ollie off. We've traversed the Central Coast to bring you skateparks that cater to all levels, ages and wheels – from tots on three-wheeled scooters to teens on skateboards, plus rollerskaters, BMX bandits and rollerblades.
So, in no particular order, here are all of the Central Coast's skateparks! Happy grinding.
1. Bato Yard, Bateau Bay
Say hello to one of the biggest and best skateparks in Australia! Bateau Bay Skate Park (Bato Yard) has so much to offer, with a mix of street and transition skateboarding facilities, a small flow bowl and a massive 3.6m bowl. Pair that with parkour equipment, a basketball court and a bike path, and you’ve got yourself a fun day out!
- Description: All ages skatepark. There is little to no shade, so hats and sunscreen are needed. There are toilets in between the skatepark and Esaac Oval. There is a pedestrian tunnel inside the park that leads to Bateau Bay Square.
- Location: Bato Yard Skate Park, 460 The Entrance Road, Bateau Bay.
2. Banjo's Skatepark, Terrigal
Banjo’s Skatepark is a colourful area often packed with tots on scooters, teen skateboarders, roller skaters and BMX racers.
The skate park on Terrigal Drive - opened in August 2018 - was built in memory of local Banjo Pilon, who tragically died in a skateboarding accident in 2015 at the age of 10.
It has multiple rails, an open bowl, a pump track and multiple street elements.
- Description: All ages skatepark. There is a small shaded seat for carers to sit and watch. No shade over the park, so hats and sunscreen are needed. Toilets are about 50m down the road (you need to cross a road, though, to get to them).
- Location: Terrigal Drive (cnr Willoughby Rd), Terrigal.
- Nearby: Parklife cafe and playground (just 100m up the road) is the spot to head for coffee, delicious food and a play.
3. Berkeley Vale Skatepark
Popular with locals, it’s usually pumping on the weekend with everyone from younger kids just starting out to teens working on tricks. Facilities include a mini ramp, ledges, a flat bar, manual pads, and gaps.
- Description: All ages skatepark. There is shelter and seating for parents and spectators, but the skate area itself has little to no shade. On-site parking is available. There are no toilets open to the public.
- Location: Ted Doyle Oval, Berkeley Road, Berkeley Vale (just in front of Berkeley Vale Campus).
4. Blue Haven Skatepark
Featuring quarter pipes, banks, a ledge and a rail, this is a great small park where beginners can get in some practice or ride around on their scooters. The skatepark sits next to Blue Haven Oval, which has lots of grass to kick a ball around afterwards, as well as tennis and basketball courts to put to good use.
- Description: All ages skatepark. There’s no shelter close to the skate area, so pack your sunscreen. Lots of on-site parking. Toilets are open when the oval is in use.
- Location: 1 Aspley Court, Blue Haven.
5. Chain Valley Bay Skatepark
With a slider rail and manual pad, this skate space is mini but fun to check out while you’re playing a game of basketball on the courts right next to it.
- Description: All ages skatepark. Trees provide some shade to the area. There’s a bench seat and rubbish bins. There are no toilets available to the public.
- Location: Scaysbrook Ave, Chain Valley Bay (opposite number 55).
6. Copacabana Skatepark
Copa has its very own concrete skatepark that includes two small open bowls, a ledge and a spine. It’s footsteps to the beach, so be sure to check it out before or after a swim. Shaun Brinklow Park is also across the road.
- Description: All ages skatepark. There’s a bench seat and rubbish bins. Trees offer some shade but please pack your sunscreen. The skatepark is located next to a carpark. The closest public toilet is at Copacabana Surf Life Saving Club, about a one-minute walk away.
- Location: Copacabana beachfront, corner of Copacabana Drive and Pampas Ave, Copacabana.
7. East Gosford Skatepark
This one keeps things simple with ramps, a flat bar and ledges. You’ll find it perched on a small hill within Hylton Moore Oval. There’s plenty of space for kicking a ball around or playing baseball on the field afterwards. Plus there's Hylton Moore Playground, too.
- Description: All ages skatepark. Parking is available at Hylton Moore Oval. There’s no shade or toilets.
- Location: Hylton Moore Oval, corner of Althorp St and Coburg St, East Gosford.

8. Gwandalan Skatepark and pump track
In July 2025, the brand-new $530,521 skatepark and pumptrack at Tunkuwallin Oval officially opened, giving local skaters, scooter riders and BMX riders an exciting new place to ride. The space includes quarter pipes, flatbanks, ledges, rails, a mini ramp, and seating creating a welcoming space for families to practise tricks and hang out. In the same vicinity you'll also find basketball courts, fitness equipment, and the Tunkuwallin Oval playground.
- Description: All ages skatepark. Parking is available. Trees surround the skate area and offer some shade. There are toilets.
- Location: Tunkuwallin Oval, 130 Kanangara Dr, Gwandalan.
9. Halekulani/Budgewoi Skatepark
Here you’ll find a mini ramp where you can work on your rock to fakie or your nose blunt. The ramp is on the edge of Halekulani Oval, where there are basketball, netball and tennis courts to play on too.
- Description: All ages skatepark. Parking is available. The skate space is not shaded. There are no toilets.
- Location: Halekulani Oval, 107 Scenic Dr, Budgewoi (it’s next to Budgewoi Coles).

10. Kariong Skatepark
A skatepark and pump track opened here in April 2023. The space includes a pump track – a continuous smooth track with banked curves and crests that can be used by bikeriders, scooter kids, skateboarders or skaters.
The street-style skate park and pump track include obstacles that cater to beginner and intermediate skill levels. There's a playground here that was opened in 2023 too.
- Description: All ages skatepark and pump track. Parking is available at Kariong Oval. The skate space is surrounded by mature trees. There are no toilets available to the public.
- Location: Kariong Oval, opposite 24 Curringa Rd, Kariong.
11. Kincumber Skatepark – coming soon
Stay tuned! The new 750sqm skatepark is under construction and is anticipated to open in October 2026.
It's been designed to be an inclusive space for beginners and intermediate skaters. It will have ramps, roll-ins, ledges, rails, a mini ramp and a quarter pipe.
As it’s set in Frost Reserve, there’s a large oval to run around or play a game on after a skate.
- Description: All ages skatepark. Parking is available at Frost Reserve. The skate space is not shaded. There are no toilets available to the public.
- Location: Frost Reserve, Killuna Rd, Kincumber (it’s the first right as you come off Avoca Dr).
12. Kincumber South Skatepark
Kincumber South Skatepark has features like a kink rail, banks, ledges, and a quarter pipe. When you’re done skating, be sure to have a ride on the bike path – you can follow it along the main road, onto Broadwater Park then on to Davistown.
- Description: All ages skatepark. Parking is available at Mackillop. The skate space is not shaded. There are no toilets.
- Location: Mackillop Oval, 30 Mackillop Rd, Kincumber South.
13. Lake Haven Skatepark
At Lake Haven you’re treated to a quarter pipe, a bank, a funbox, and a mini ramp with a spine. You’ll find this skatepark just behind the cinemas at Lake Haven Centre and close to Gorokan High School. There are tennis courts next to the skatepark too.
- Description: All ages skatepark. Parking is available. The skate space is not shaded. There are no toilets.
- Location: 2 Kanimbla Ave, Charmhaven.
14. Lake Munmorah Skatepark
At Lake Munmorah Basketball Courts there’s a small skatepark with rails, quarter pipes, a half pipe and manual pads.
- Description: All ages skatepark. Parking is available. The skate space is not shaded. Toilets are open when the courts are in use.
- Location: Lake Munmorah Basketball Courts, 77 Acacia Ave, Lake Munmorah.
15. Mangrove Mountain Skatepark
Located in a quiet area and surrounded by trees, Mangrove Mountain Skatepark has banks, ledges, stairs, a quarter pipe and a pyramid. It’s right next to Mountain Districts Sports Park, which has playing fields and a small playground.
- Description: All ages skatepark. Parking is available. Trees offer some shade but best to pack your sunscreen. There are no toilets.
- Location: 156 Bloodtree Rd, Mangrove Mountain.
16. Mannering Park Skatepark
This skatepark is tucked away behind a grassy hill and has a half pipe, quarter pipes, and banks. A pathway winds its way past the skate space and is perfect for little ones scrubbing up on their scooter or bike riding skills. Mannering Park Playground is also across the road.
- Description: All ages skatepark. Street parking is available. Trees offer some shade but best to pack your sunscreen. There are no toilets.
- Location: 1W Campbell Pde, Mannering Park.
17. Narara Skatepark
The Narara Skatepark caters for all skill levels and skate styles, as well as BMX riders and those using scooters and rollerblades. Features include a bowl, mini ramp, spine slider, quarter pipes, rails, and stair sets. The redevelopment of this skate space also celebrates the cultural heritage of the region, with the black snake (‘Narara’ in the Darkinjung language) being used as design inspiration.
- Description: All ages skatepark. Parking is available. Toilets not always open.
- Location: 7 Showground Rd, Narara (opposite the Sensory Park Dog Park).
18. Ourimbah Skatepark
This small skatepark has banks and quarter pipes. It’s on the edge of Bill Sohier Park, which also has a pathway around it – great for cruising or for younger kids on bikes and scooters. A super fun dinosaur playground is at the other end of the park.
- Description: All ages skatepark. Parking is available at Bill Sohier Park. The skate space is not shaded. Toilets are open during sporting games.
- Location: Shirley St, Ourimbah (parking is available on Ken Cook Way).
19. San Remo Skatepark
San Remo Skatepark has a bowl, street section, stairs, ledges, and rails. Into BMX? You’re in luck. Right next door is the San Remo BMX Facility and it boasts a 330-metre BMX track, plus a five-metre-high start hill with electric start gates and shelter.
- Description: All ages skatepark. Street parking is available. The skate space is not shaded. There are no toilets.
- Location: 2 Highview Ave, San Remo.
20. The Entrance Skatepark
This skate park probably has one of the nicest views around. Situated inside Picnic Point Reserve, The Entrance Skate Park includes a fantastic pyramid, as well as everything required for practising off tricks (stairs, rails, blocks and mounds). It also has 450m bike path that wraps around it, and has proven popular with BMX riders, rollerbladers and scooters. The Picnic Point Reserve pirate ship park is close and a favourite.
- Description: All ages skatepark. Be mindful of the proximity to the water with little ones. There is little to no shade, so hats and sunscreen are needed. There are toilets at Picnic Point Reserve which are close to the skatepark and bike track.
- Location: Picnic Point Reserve, Tuggerah Pde (opposite Manning Rd), The Entrance.
21. Toukley Skatepark
At Toukley you’ll find ramps, rails, a ledge, and a quarter pipe. This is a quiet spot for beginners to work on their skating skills or to bring their bikes and scooters. There’s play equipment right next to this one too!
- Description: All ages skatepark, but best for beginners. Parking is available. The skate space is not shaded. There are no toilets.
- Location: Ray St, Toukley (opposite number 15).
22. Umina Skatepark
Umina Skatepark and Pump Track is one of the Central Coast's premier spots for kids, teens and adults who love to skate, scooter or ride BMX. Part of the $8 million redevelopment of the Peninsula Recreation Precinct, it features a modern skatepark packed with bowls, rails, ledges, banks and street-style obstacles for riders of all abilities.
One of the biggest drawcards is the two pump tracks. Younger children and beginners will love the asphalt pump track with its gentle rollers, while more experienced riders can test their skills on the larger concrete pump track. There's plenty of room to progress, whether you're just learning or already landing tricks.
The surrounding precinct also includes a basketball court, bouldering wall and a large playground with equipment for all ages, making it an easy place for families to spend a few hours together. It's a fantastic all-round destination for active kids on the Peninsula.
- Description: All ages skatepark. Parking is available. The skate space is not shaded. There are toilets in the Peninsula Recreation Precinct, over near Umina Beach Surf Life Saving Club (about a three-minute walk from the skatepark).
- Location: Sydney Ave, Umina Beach (within the Peninsula Recreation Precinct)
23. Wadalba Skatepark
You’ll find this gem up in the north, just in front of the Wadalba Sports Complex. It’s a favourite with local tweens and teens, and has an enclosed concrete bowl, a street area, stairs, rails, blocks and mounds. There’s also a bike track that’s best suited to confident riders as it’s a bit steep in parts.
- Description: All ages skatepark. There is little to no shade, so hats and sunscreen are needed.
- Location: Cnr Pacific Hwy and Louisana Rd, Kanwal.
24. Watanobbi Skatepark
This mini skatepark is inside Watanobbi Park and has ramps and a manual pad. It’s set amongst lots of grass and wide open space, with a playground right behind it. There’s also a concrete path that winds through the grass, which is excellent for bike and scooter riding or cruising on a skateboard.
- Description: All ages skatepark. Street parking is available. The skate space is not shaded. There are no toilets.
- Location: Watanobbi Park, Harrington Close, Watanobbi (opposite number 10).
25. Northlakes Oval Skatepark
At Northlakes Oval you'll find manual pads, steps and rails. After a skate, there's plenty of space on the oval to kick a ball around, plus there's a path along the lake perfect for cruising or teaching littles to ride or scoot.
- Description: All ages skatepark. Parking is available at Northlakes Oval. The skate space is not shaded. Toilets are open when the oval is in use.
- Location: Emu Dr, San Remo (next to number 4).
26. Lake Munmorah Recreation Precinct skatepark and pump track – coming soon
The $3.81million Lake Munmorah Recreation Precinct will include a district level skatepark and pump track. It's due to open September 2026.
The area will also include an inclusive regional sized playspace, BBQ facilities, water re-fill stations, connective pathways and landscaping.
