We’re excited to share that Picnic Point Reserve is getting an upgrade in 2025! Council is calling on the community to share what they’d like to see installed in this new district playspace. To give your feedback, fill in the survey here before 22 July.

Set at the end of Long Jetty Walk, this beautiful big reserve on the water’s edge is a sight to behold! This charming location offers lots for all members of the family, starting with a choice of two playgrounds for the kids. The first features swings, a spica (a spinny thing!) and climbing frame while the other boasts a series of monkey bars and balancing beams for variety.
Young skaters will be spoiled with what’s probably one of the most picturesque skate parks on the Central Coast.
For wildlife lovers, the wharf is home to many of the Entrance’s famous pelicans who may even let you get up close if you dare!
And if that’s not enough to convince you that this is a great location to visit for a family day out, there are BBQs and undercover picnic tables overlooking the water. There’s even some adult fitness equipment for anyone wanting to burn off some extra energy!
