Strong Mums mums ‘n’ bubs Group Classes

Lou runs her Strong Mums group classes for women at every stage of motherhood. Whether it’s been 6 weeks since you had your baby or 6 years, Strong Mums exercise classes cater to all fitness levels and focus on helping you to become fit enough, healthy enough, and strong enough to keep up with your little tribe!

Group classes are held outside in the fresh air at Gosford Waterfront and the great news is that you can take your kids with you! While there is no nanny service available, you’re quite welcome to have your baby with you in their pram or on the rug next to you while you train. Or if you’ve got older kids, there’s a play park next to the training area with plenty of space for them to run around.

These classes are a brilliant way to safely return to exercise after having children and there’s absolutely no pressure to keep up with everyone else because you’re encouraged to go at your own pace and you can stop to attend to your little ones whenever you need to.

When: Tuesday to Thursday, 9:30am-10:30am. Plus 5:30-6:15pm on Tuesday (perfect for mums who have returned to work!)
Where: Gosford Waterfront (Mason’s Parade), in between Gosford Sailing Club and Gosford Olympic Pool.
Cost: Trial class, $10 | 1 x 60-minute training session, $28 per week | 2 x 60-minute training sessions, $48 per week.
