Once you become a mum, “me time” seems to evaporate. But BUMP gym and creche at Erina is determined to change that.

Opened two years ago by local exercise trainers and parents Ross and Laura, BUMP has an extensive timetable that allows the busiest of mums to fit exercise into their schedule, two on-site creches for babes aged 6 weeks right through to 6 years AND no lock-in contracts.

While exercise is of course the focus, general wellbeing is at the heart of BUMP and the venue is a nurturing space for women to exercise, take time out, enjoy some creature comforts, and find their tribe. Each time you visit you have access to a 90-minute creche slot: the exercise classes run for 45 minutes, so as well as exercising you also get ample time to shower, caffeinate and chill after your class before you pick up your bub (imagine a shower on your own! Bliss!).

AND we’re excited to share that they’re running a special EOFY Sale! Purchase a one-week trial for $19, and if you choose to join after, you’ll get the rest of June FREE!

BUMP gym has two creches – one for bubs and one for tots

One of the things we love about BUMP is that they have a creche. OR, to be more exacting, they have TWO creches – separated by age. One creche is for bubs (aged 6 weeks to 18 months) and the second space is for toddlers and tots (aged 18 months to 6 years). We love this for our bubs as it ensures little ones don’t get overwhelmed by the noise and general busyness of bigger kids. And we love this for mums, as it means they can get into the zone, put the focus on themselves and slam out a good 45-minute workout knowing that a lovely nanny is tending to their baby’s wants and needs. And that time out is pure gold – for their bodies and, often even more so, their heads.

BUMP runs more than 60 classes each week

BUMP offers an extensive timetable that allows the busiest of mums to fit exercise into their schedule.

There are more than 60 classes available each week, including reformer pilates, strength, yoga, mat pilates, HIIT and more.

They also run a “mums and dads” class on Saturday mornings, so couples have the opportunity to exercise kid-free together. We think this is pretty winning.

Here’s what your BUMP membership includes

By becoming a member at BUMP, you get:

Unlimited access to more than 60 classes a week including reformer pilates, mat pilates, barre, yoga, strength, sculpt, HIIT, and more

> Free access to their 2 – age segmented – creche rooms, regardless of how many children you have

> Free use of their fresh fluffy towels (one less thing for you to remember)

> Use of their beauty bar, which is stocked with hairdryers, professional straighteners and essential toiletries (again, you have enough in the baby bag, so this ensures you don’t need to pack more)

> Complimentary herbal teas and coffee to help you unwind (and, well, coffee! Need we say more)

> A freshly stocked fruit bowl (because they know you’ve probably forgotten to feed yourself).

> Attendance at their regular Health and Wellness workshops and invitations to their social events.

AND in very good news, they offer a no fixed term contract. And, if you’re having a baby, you can pause your membership until you’re ready to return to your exercise routine.
