OPTION 1
Christmas Wonderland Portraits – Festive Photos that Double as a Family Photoshoot
If you’re after a festive setting where your family – not Santa – is the star of the show, you’ll adore Natural Lights Photography’s Catherine Hill Bay set-up. This stunning location offers a magical “Australian Winter Wonderland” vibe, with natural scenery and subtly festive styling that keeps the focus on your crew. The result? Gorgeous images that capture your kids cheeky grins and irresistible chubby cheeks.
One of the things we especially love about this option is the time you get. Talented photographer (and Natural Lights owner) Danielle spends a generous 30 minutes with each family, giving her the chance to capture authentic, joy-filled moments in this beautiful setting. That extra time means your session works double-time – delivering both stunning festive snaps and a family photoshoot rolled into one. The end result? A gallery of images so beautiful you’ll want to frame them, gift them, and hang them proudly on your walls.
Go all out with reindeer antlers and glittery earrings for maximum Christmas sparkle, or keep it simple for timeless family portraits – the look is entirely up to you. And Danielle even has some festive accessories on hand that you can use for the occasion, too.

Santa Photos at Tocal Homestead with Natural Lights Photography
For most of the year, historic Tocal Homestead is known as one of the Hunter’s most beautiful wedding venues – but come Christmas time, Santa arrives to join Natural Lights Photography for a very special series of festive photo sessions.
And the backdrop isn't set in stone. Each day, the Natural Lights Photography team chooses the spot around Tocal that will work best with the light and weather – so your Santa photos could be captured among the open paddocks, around the beautiful historic homestead or even inside the rustic barn.
With rolling green countryside, magnificent old trees and gorgeous heritage buildings to choose from, there are plenty of beautiful possibilities. And if the weather throws a Christmas curveball, the barn also provides a fabulous option for particularly hot or wet days.
Santa Photos at Tocal Homestead with Natural Lights Photography
Cost and who: $70. Each family of up to 5 members per session can spend up to 5 minutes with Santa. (If you would like more than 5 family members to attend, or would like more time with Santa, please book multiple tickets).
The package includes 5 digitally downloadable images – all within a password-protected gallery. You can of course purchase more images, prints and wall art if you wish.
