Flip Out Gosford has installed a heap of new equipment! As well as their giant trampoline arena and Olympic bouncing mats, they’ve now got a brand new inflatable jumping castle zone for kids to bound around. They’ve also replaced the foam pit with a brand-spanking new inflatable soft-fall pad.
Plus, if you’ve not visited in a wee while, you’ll be excited to hear that last year they installed a soft-fall play structure to the venue. The double-storey climbing frame includes slippery dips, tunnels and a ball pit.
All of this means that Flip Out is no longer simply a trampoline park, but more an awesome bouncing zone come play centre come activity hub…. and we can tell you this, kids are going pretty wild for it.
As well as the structural changes, since taking ownership in 2019, local parents Blake and Gemma have added so many wonderful ways you can enjoy Flip Out:
– They run Playgroup Monday to Friday throughout the school term.
– They’ve made Flip Out a registered Active Kid Provider, so kids can enjoy term-long Ninja Classes for even less.
– They host epic kids’ parties – both day AND night.
– Their after-dark “house parties” bring disco lights, music and slushies to 2 hours of flipping fun.

Get to Playgroup at Flip Out Gosford
Got young kids under 6 and not ventured to Flip Out Gosford’s epic weekday Playgroup sessions yet? If that’s the case, you’re in for a flippin’ treat!
What to expect? Well, little ones get three hours of UNLIMITED access to the huge trampoline arena, as well as its dedicated toddler play area. What more could a bunch of energetic kids and their parents possibly want? Well, let us fill you in on a little secret. Flip Out’s morning Playgroup sessions also include:
+ Parents get a FREE coffee as part of the entry price.
+ The cost of taking an extra child is JUST $5 – a great deal for parents and carers with two or more kids under 6.
So parents, if you’re looking for ways to spend your mornings with your busy tots, or for somewhere you can escape the rain with your mother’s groups and DILF clubs, Playgroups are where it’s at. And with your kids having access to the whole arena including the play centre, this really is a toddler takeover!
When: Playgroup runs Monday to Friday during school terms. You get unlimited access 9am-12pm!
Age Group: Playgroup is for parents and kids aged 6 and under.
Cost: 1 adult + child $15 (extra child $5). Plus it’s $3.50 for grip socks (keep them in the car so you can use them again and again).
Epic Kids’ Parties at Flip Out!

After Dark Dance Parties
Did you know there’s a Central Coast party happening this weekend that your kids will definitely want to know about? That’s right, EVERY Friday and Saturday night Flip Out Gosford gets the tunes a crankin’, the slushies a slushin’, and the trampolines ready for your kids to celebrate the end of a school week with 2 hours of after-dark, bouncing-off-the-walls fun!
The music will be turned up, the lights down low, there’ll be disco lights flashing, and food available for purchase. PLUS, kids will get a FREE slushie as part of their ticket entry! So if you’re looking for something extra fun to do with your tribe this weekend, get them to a Flip Out After Dark dance party!
When: Every Friday and Saturday night, 6.30pm – 8.30pm.

Flip Out Ninja Classes
Got a child with aerial ambitions? One who loves to twist, backflip, spin and leap around the house like a ninja? Well, the great news is that they can release their inner ninja at these EPIC kids’ Ninja Classes at Flip Out, Gosford! Want the even better news? They’ll be honing these new skills in a totally safe environment (rather than down at the park with their mates!)
Your kids will learn how to achieve agility, coordination, and aerial awareness under the watchful eye of Flip Out’s fantastic teachers. Then, after mastering the basics, they’ll learn tricks such as front flips, backflips, twisting skills, and more awesome moves!
If you want to try out a class, kids can sign up to attend one of their casual classes first. Or for kids who want to go the whole hog and sign up for the full term, they can do that too!
When: Beginner/Intermediate Classes run on Tuesdays at 3:45pm and 4:45pm and Intermediate/Advanced Classes run on Tuesdays at 5:45pm (classes run for 1 hour).
Who: Classes are for children aged 5-13.
Cost: $160 for a 10-week term. PLUS, Flip Out is a registered Active Kids provider, which means you can get $100 off your term fee!
