The huge amount of space at the Central Coast Regional Sporting and Recreation Complex in Tuggerah provides ample room for boundless amounts of exercise!

Normally used for mass participation regional sporting events, the space boasts 9 fields that ball sport fans can regularly be seen making the most of for practice and having fun with friends.

A pathway surrounds the outer edges of the sporting green, spanning around 2 kilometres. It’s a decent walk and an excellent place to take kids who are learning to scoot or ride a bike as it’s flat and smooth.

Little ones will enjoy spotting ducks and other birdlife as the path meaders alongside the wetlands.

Central Coast Regional Sporting and Recreation Complex, Tuggerah
Facilities: There’s a big amenities block but it only seems to be unlocked on Sports days. There are a few water fountains on the Complex.
Parking: There’s parking right outside the gates and inside the gates on Sports days. To find out more about the Complex, visit the Central Coast Council website.
Location: 20 Lake Road, Tuggerah.
While you’re in the area, why not feed the ducks at Sunshine Reserve Playground, Chittaway Point, or visit Baker Park in Wyong.
