Looking for a fully fenced park? How about a lake-side playground with a gorgeous vista? This cute playground at Killarney Vale foreshore ticks both of these wishes.
This cheery play space is fully enclosed (hooray!) and has replaced older equipment at the foreshore. It includes a basket swing and two slides.
The play structure offers lots for little monkeys to climb, with a rope wall, rope ladder, rope tunnel, a bouldering wall and stairs. It also features a noughts and crosses board so they can challenge their siblings or friends to a game.
Other features include a cubby shop window for imaginative play, plus spinning balls, a spinning pole and a sliding pole.
Situated on Tuggerah Lake, this is a fun spot to whittle away an afternoon. Once kids have tried out the equipment, they can ride their bikes and scooters along the Tuggerah Lake cycleway. Tweens and teens might even enjoy cruising east along the path to the nearby Saltwater Creek Park in Long Jetty (a six-minute bike ride away).
