So much of sport isn’t about what happens when things are going well.

It’s about what happens in the hard moments.

>When your child misses a penalty.
>When a teammate lets in a goal.
>When the whistle doesn’t go their way.
>When a trial suddenly feels overwhelming.
>When they’re facing a rough or intimidating opponent.

Those moments test far more than skill: they test confidence, resilience, composure and mindset. Yet most football programs spend the majority of their time developing technique and fitness. Very few intentionally develop the person behind the player.

A new Central Coast-founded program called Player Profile has been created to fill that gap – and, as mums of soccer-loving kids, we’re very excited for it.

Player Profile is a program designed to support young footballers alongside their club training. It's for teens and young adults in the U12-U20 leagues, and it's been designed to help them build the physical habits, mindset resilience and leadership skills that will allow them to keep progressing as the game becomes more competitive.

It’s not extra football training. And it’s not another academy.

Player Profile focuses on developing the individual – the person behind the player. And let's be real: these skills are imperative not only for football, but all aspects of life.

The program has just launched its Foundation Membership – with places capped at just 50 kids!

We think this will be game-changing (quite literally) for lots of families who have tweens/teens struggling with emotions on and off the field. Heck, we know a lot of adults who would benefit from this program as well.

>If this sounds like something your child (and family) would benefit from, click the link below quick smart because we're pretty confident these 50 spots are going to be gobbled up very quickly.

Who is Player Profile designed for?

Player Profile is designed for Central Coast football families with players aged 12–20 who want to see their child:

• Build real confidence on and off the field
• Develop resilience when things don’t go their way
• Keep improving and take their football seriously
• Have structure and guidance beyond weekly team training

Despite the structured approach, Player Profile isn’t just for elite athletes. The program is designed for committed football families who love soccer and want to see their children build confidence, discipline and leadership alongside their club training.

What does the program entail? What will my child do?

"Clubs focus on the team. Player Profile focuses on the individual.
We develop the person behind the player."

Jared Ingle

Founder/Head Coach, Player Profile Central Coast

The Player Profile program has three core components:

  • A Personalised Player App with weekly guided sessions.
  • Monthly group Development Labs – in-person on the Central Coast.
  • Support from experienced coaches.

Personalised Player App

Each player receive their own Player Profile dashboard inside the program’s app. In this they'll get weekly guidance in:

• Age-appropriate strength and movement activities
• Mindset micro-lessons focused on confidence and composure
• Leadership and accountability challenges

The activities are short and flexible – typically between 15 and 45 minutes – and can be completed at home or in the gym.

Each month, players attend a professionally run in-person Development Lab – right here on the Central Coast.

These small-group sessions bring the digital program to life and allow players to practise the habits they’re developing each week into a real environment.

Depending on the session, players might take part in:

• Leadership and communication challenges
• Confidence and pressure simulations
• Team-based resilience activities
• Movement and injury prevention sessions

Families have access to qualified coaches through the Player Profile app for guidance and accountability.

Optional one-on-one coaching support is also available for players who want more personalised development.

Who is behind Player Profile?

Player Profile was founded by Central Coast siblings Jared and Haylee Ingle.

Jared has spent more than 15 years working with young athletes across community sport, schools and high-performance football environments, including eight seasons as Senior Strength & Conditioning Coach at Mounties Wanderers FC (NPL).

Haylee is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and Exercise Scientist, holding a Bachelor of Health Science (Sport & Exercise Science) and a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology. Her work focuses on evidence-based physical development, injury prevention and safe training during key growth years.

Together, they created Player Profile to give young footballers the structured support many programs miss.

Membership now open – limited to 50 people!

Player Profile is now open for applications. But they're limiting this first intake to just 50 people!

They're keeping this first intake intentionally small to ensure strong support for each player and to build a committed community around the program. Plus it's discounted, so it really is win-win.

If you have a young footballer who loves the game and wants to build confidence, resilience and leadership alongside their training, we recommend you submit an expression of interest form. Submitting an application simply begins a conversation about whether the program is the right fit for your child; there's no obligation to proceed. And with just 50 spots available, we're pretty confident they're going to be swooped up quick smart, so don't dilly dally on this one.
