Central Coast families, block out your diary for Sunday 11 September 2022 because the hugely popular My Kids Market event is coming back to the Coast!
Most locals will know My Kids Market as the original and largest community market on the Central Coast to buy, sell and recycle pre-loved babies and kids’ items. But since it relocated to its new Bateau Bay location earlier this year, the popular event has evolved to EXPO-style proportions!
As well as promising BIG savings for families and savvy shoppers who are on the hunt for a bargain, My Kids Market serves as a hub for local businesses to sell their handmade or boutique children’s items directly to you. You’ll also find a number of stands from local family services who’ll be there answering questions, as well as STAR 104.5 who’ll be providing a local music star with live music on-site from 9am – 12noon. All up, this mammoth event promises families a great morning of shopping fun!
To discover how you can enjoy huge savings on all the popular baby and kids brands at a fraction of the cost of buying new, or for information about hosting your own My Kids Market stall, read on!
Grab a bargain (or ten) at My Kids Market Central Coast!
Regulars to the My Kids Market Central Coast event can vouch for us when we say that this is THE place to nab yourself a deal or two.
With kids growing out of their clothing and toys so quickly, it makes complete sense that these pre-loved items are passed onto other families instead of being added to landfill. And with brands such as Country Road, Seed, Love to Dream, Cotton on Kids, Fisher-Price, Lego, Bugaboo, Safe ‘n’ Sound, Mountain Buggy, and more to be found, you’re guaranteed to walk away with some beautiful additions to your little one’s wardrobe or nursery.
And if grabbing a bargain while minimising your environmental impact wasn’t enough, shopping at My Kids Market is a wonderful way of supporting local families and businesses too.
PLUS, the My Kids Market community also supports Share the Dignity – a charity that helps women and girls in need by providing them with simple things that we take for granted such as sanitary items. A pink collection box will be at the entry point of the market and stallholders and shoppers are asked to help by donating a packet of pads, tampons, or other sanitary items.
Parents, sell your pre-loved kids and baby items at My Kids Market
If, like many families, you’ve gradually accumulated a bunch of kids’ clothes and toys that your little ones have now either outgrown or simply don’t use anymore, hosting a stall at My Kids Market has a number of fabulous benefits – here are just a few:
+ Your kids’ wardrobe will be much neater and easier to sift through!
+ You’ll be giving another family the opportunity to enjoy your quality, pre-loved items as much as you did – a win-win for you, your buyer, and the environment!
+ You’ll make some much-needed cash to put towards a family holiday, an evening out, or even use it towards shopping for some new items at the My Kids Market event!
Families can sell a variety of gently used items from clothes, shoes, and nursery items to toys, books, and unused gifts still in their original packaging.
It’s just $59 to host a pre-loved stall and the cost includes a trestle table and market insurance. Sound good? Register here.
PLUS, it’s not just for second-hand items. Business owners, you can have a stall too. If you’re a business owner who provides unique baby/kids items or services, you can set up a business stall at My Kids Market Central Coast for just $95. For details, visit the My Kids Market NSW website.
