For us women who’ve been stuck in lockdown for the best part of two months, this super-special, 8-week running program from Belle Movement couldn’t have come at a better time!
“Belle Running” is a comprehensive running and mindset program open to anyone who’s keen to build on their confidence, connections and capability.
And you most definitely don’t need to be a marathon runner to join – this is open to runners of all levels, from first-time round-the-block joggers through to experienced triathletes.
The Belle Running Program
Belle Running will be delivered online AND in person (should restrictions allow for it) and will include:
+ 8 Guided running sessions – increasing in intensity each week.
+ 8 Online strength sessions.
+ 4 Online conditioning sessions.
+ 4 Online stretch sessions.
+ 2 Technical workshops with expert Physiotherapist John Kelly of 6S Physiotherapy.
+ 5 Mindset Workshops presented by Ami Rankin – Emotional Wellbeing Expert.
The Program Workshops
Each workshop will focus on a different theme, including:
Workshop 1: Identifying and overcoming self-limiting beliefs.
NOTE: This online mindset workshop will be taking place on Monday 6 September at 8pm and is open to anyone who is interested – whether you’re joining the Belle Running program or not. AND it’s totally FREE! You can sign up to this workshop separately on the Belle Movement website.
Workshop 2: Setting intentions, goals and connecting with your why.
Workshop 3: Overcoming the ‘All or nothing Mentality’.
Workshop 4: Motivation vs. discipline and reconnecting with your ‘why’.
Workshop 5: Reflection, gratitude and pride. Celebrating your achievements.
Your Running Buddy
As part of the program, Belle Running will try to pair you up with a running buddy who is in your local area. OR you can bring a running buddy with you – simply sign up with a friend and save 20% on your registration!
So whether you’re kickstarting your running journey and dusting off the lockdown cobwebs, or you’re just wanting to incorporate goal setting, motivational techniques and expert training into your existing running routine, this course will be invaluable in your personal running experience.
