If your kids know every word to "Let It Go", can't stop singing "We Don't Talk About Bruno", or insist on watching Cars for the hundredth time, we've found one of the biggest family outings of the winter school holidays.
Disney On Ice is returning with an all-new production, Magic In The Stars, bringing 56 beloved Disney characters to the ice in one spectacular show. From breathtaking skating and aerial acrobatics to dazzling special effects, incredible costumes and larger-than-life sets, it's far more than an ice-skating show – it's a full-scale Disney spectacular! And we've got two family passes to give away!
The show arrives at Newcastle Entertainment Centre from 9-12 July 2026, before heading to Qudos Bank Arena in Sydney from 15-19 July 2026. Tickets are available from Ticketek.

Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Donald, Daisy and Goofy lead audiences on a magical adventure through some of Disney's most-loved stories, meeting familiar friends along the way.
Fans of Frozen 2 will love seeing Elsa, Anna, Olaf and Kristoff on the ice, while Encanto favourites Mirabel, Luisa and Isabela also make an appearance. You'll also see Aladdin, Jasmine and Genie, Princess Tiana, Moana, and Disney Princess favourites including Cinderella, Belle, Rapunzel and Snow White.
One of the scenes we're most excited to see is when Lightning McQueen and Mater – as full-size cars – roar across the ice. It's one that's sure to delight little Cars fans. Toy Story favourites Woody, Buzz Lightyear, Jessie, Rex and Hamm also make an appearance.
Making its Disney On Ice debut this year is Raya from Raya and the Last Dragon. Raya's spectacular aerial performance adds something completely new to this year's production and is sure to be one of the show's standout moments.
Whether it's your child's very first Disney On Ice experience or a family tradition, Magic In The Stars brings together favourite characters from multiple generations, making it just as enjoyable and nostalgic for parents as it is for little Disney fans.
Expect plenty of "Look Mum, it's Elsa!" moments throughout the show as favourite characters glide onto the ice one after another. It's one of those special family outings where watching your children's faces light up as their favourite Disney characters appear is every bit as magical as the performance itself.
