Set on the large leafy block of the Scout Hall at Buff Point is this brightly coloured little playground, just perfect for toddlers and young children.
Tots will shriek with excitement when they spot the bright yellow boat that promises adventures to far away lands – sit back and watch as little imaginations sail away in the sunshine.
The large see-saw has enough room so that nobody misses out and is easy for small children to climb onto.
Kids can climb up to the top of the climbing structure on the ring steps and then slide down the slippery dip or whiz down the fireman’s pole. Once at the top, there are a series of small platforms that young children should find easy navigating.
The huge grassed area is a great spot for picnicking in the sunshine or playing ball games and with a toilet block on site, there’s no need to venture home for a few hours!
The park features an undercover BBQ and three picnic tables, making this a great spot to meet up with family and friends or to host a child’s birthday party. The Scout Hall can normally be hired out for children’s parties but due to Covid restrictions, this may not be available currently. Visit here to stay up to date with information on opening and availability.
