If your kids love climbing, swinging, racing and testing their limits, we've got a venue that will be right up their alley.

Australian Warrior Fitness (AWF) is a premier obstacle course gym and ninja training facility in Gosford. Since opening in 2019, they’ve built a strong reputation in the ninja community for their structured, skill-building sessions – with a clear aim of nurturing Australia’s next generation of Ninja Warrior champions. And they’ve succeeded, training multiple athletes who have gone on to compete at national and international levels.

While they take their ninja training seriously, the vibe is still all about fun. As well as running term-time classes and school holiday camps, they host birthday parties, adult classes and competitions. With experienced, accredited ninja coaches leading the way, they offer a pathway from first-time rookies right through to serious competitors – all in a confidence-building environment.

We’re excited to share that AWF is running four ninja-style sessions these April school holidays – and they’ve added a great offer for new ninjas. First-timers get 15% off a session, plus a free class trial to use in Week 1 of Term 2. So kids can test it out during the holidays and come back for more afterwards.

There are two school holiday session lengths available – a 2.5-hour option and a 1.5-hour option. These are structured ninja training sessions from start to finish, with kids tackling real ninja-style obstacles, fun games and high-energy challenges.

April School Holiday Sessions
2.5 hour session:
Tue 7 April, Fri 10 April | 11am to 1.30pm | $38.
1.5 hour session: Tue 14 April, Thu 16 April | 3.45pm to 5.15pm | $28
Ages: 7–12 years.

The coaching team includes one of Australia’s top five Adult Elite ninjas, so kids learn proper technique, smart progressions and competition-ready skills in a supportive environment.
