Public playgrounds, skateparks and outside gyms will be closed from tomorrow (Monday 30 March) across Australia.
Scott Morrison made this announcement tonight following national cabinet. Also announced:
+ Group boot camps can no longer proceed.
+ Public gatherings are limited to two people, reduced from the previous cap of 10 people.
We know that our Playing in Puddles‘ readers love playgrounds and that this will be sad to hear. But this is a necessary step for us to beat this disease and to keep us all safe. Our playgrounds will still be there when we get through this and we will love them more than ever.
