Looking for a fun playground with heaps of space for little ones to burn off some steam? Baker Park in Wyong is your answer! Hugely popular with Central Coast locals for its list of options for exercise, this sizeable outdoor sporting complex is THE place to let kids go crazy while adults get a work out in too!
The kids’ park is great for little ones
The playground at Baker Park is located near the grandstand and features two swings – one with a baby seat and the other a regular seat. There’s also a rock climbing wall, a swirly slide, ladders and a rope climbing wall so plenty of obstacles to keep toddlers and preschool aged children clambering and exploring for a while.

Baker Park has endless sporting facilities
As well as the soccer field/oval which is perfect for seeing who can kick a footie the farthest, you’ll find a cricket pitch with nets, and netball courts which are often used by families who are teaching their kids how to ride bikes, scooters, skateboards and roller skates (for the brave)!

Dogs are welcome
This space is tonnes of fun for the whole family and the great part is that furry friends are welcome too. So while young legs are practicing their pedalling or playing on the playground, parents can be throwing the ball for their dogs. Just remember to pack a plastic bag in case Fido has a call of nature during your outing!
